Get to know…

Vonné is a 26-year-old singer songwriter who grew up in South East london. Her love for singing came when she joined her local church choir at a young age. She was also encouraged by her parents to learn the guitar, which eventually developed and she went on to study music at The Academy Of Contemporary Music. Vonnés vocal range has been admired by many, and her songwriting and vocal skills have gotten her to bigger stages including tours and backing vocals with artists like Emeli Sandé, Mabel on the Harry Styles support, Nao and with Grime Legend & ‘Top Boy’ Star Kano.

Her first debut EP, “Love Games” was launched in 2018 and included 5 tracks. The release gained full coverage from British mediums including: BBC 1Xtra, BBC Introducing, Reprezent, The Beat, Pulse88 and online Press includes Earmilk, Apitate and more. Her  track “Someone Like Me”, (from her second EP,Think Twice)  being her second ‘Track Of The Week’ on BBC 1Xtra and  within one year. Vonné was one of the Top 21 winners in the ‘I Saw It First Look’ competition.
