Chlöe is an undeniable star. Her show at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire had us all in awe of her talent. Phenomenal as the show was, talking to her backstage was incredibly insightful. We spoke about her solo career journey, artists to watch out for and pre-show rituals.
This sold out night was full of energy, passion and drive. After the her recent Tiny Desk Concert many anticipated Chlöe’s iconic track ‘Body Do‘ and it did not disappoint. Read on for some of our highlights….
Iconic moments with Chlöe
1. The Beatmaker
Chlöe mentioned before her show that she was bringing out her beat machine but we weren’t expecting this. You could see that Chlöe was in her element when she was making the live beats. It gave the audience a chance to watch her creative process.
2. “Hairography”
In all honesty the choreo was next level. The power that Chlöe and the dancers brought to the stage was felt by everyone in the venue. Not only was the show sonically stunning, it was visually seamless.
3. Meeting the soul behind the music
Seeing Chlöe before her show was really special. We got the chance to see her prepare and get into her performing mindset. After meeting her we really understood how passionate she is about what she does and also how hands-on she is in every aspect. She truly is a star that is going to keep shooting.
