On The Rocks was released back in April 2022, and we’re glad to see visuals for this lush song. Hennessy Tears is a world class bedroom anthem. In a time where bedroom anthems and love songs can sometimes lack imaginative songwriting, the lyricism on Hennessy Tears is beautifully layered. A song truly made for the lovers, shying away from the ‘toxic’ male R&B music that’s been popular in recent years. Moreover, Jvck James’ vocals are immaculate and on proud display throughout reaching crescendo at the end of the song.
