‘Make Me’ tells the of demanding exclusivity in a relationship. Teedra takes the position of an empowering woman comfortable in her skin and making that clear to her partner. “Really, I ain’t being petty, I’m just saying if you really want me, You gonna have to do what it takes to get me”. Teedra refuses to lower her bar with her stance’s clarity being on 100!
Sonically, Teedra Moses again shows that she can evolve her sound to a contemporary aesthetic without losing the essence behind her music. The smooth, pipe-led backdrop on production fits this perfectly, allowing Teedra’s effortlessly heartwarming vocals to take centre stage.
