Alt-R&B icon, Raveena is back with her first release since her colourful 2020 EP, “Moonstone” with a new banging single, “Tweety”.
The track, titled after the Looney Tunes character and finds Raveena baring her feelings whilst trying not to fall in love. Sonically, “Tweety” is bubblegum R&B at its sweetest and Raveena delights here with honey smooth vocals to match.
Like all of Raveena’s releases to date, the video is a visual sojourn through her mind and the sound of ‘Tweety“. The hypotonic visual showcases the song’s throwback cues with old school 90s teen, psychedelic aesthetics overtones.
Raveena is an artist who consistently innovates and surprises us sonically, lyrically as well as visually. Yet, she always does it right, so we’re looking forward to seeing her continue to flourish this year and beyond.
