Get to know…

Nyah Grace started young. Singing when she grew up in the rural vineyards and hazelnut farms of Oregon. As a child, she wanted to be Selena Gomez or Taylor Swift, but discovering R&B and Soul in her early teens set her on a new path. Her passion for music saw her developing her talents in the basement of her Grandparents farm, where she  taught herself piano, how to be able to write songs and then Logic to transform those ideas into demos.

Nyah writes and performs all her songs, and compliments her category of neo-soul with her voice, which oozes musicality and thus gives her an unmistakable identity. In 2018, Nyah was introduced to the Grammy-nominated producer Steve Chrisanthou and both talents immediately clicked. At this point, Nyah’s sound ventured outside of the States to the UK, Yorkshire to be specific. She participated in gigs alongside Sofar sounds, a tour that took her around the country. 

Nyah moved to London when she was 17, after living back and forth between the UK and the States. Her latest single Black Coffee was released via The Orchard and Spotify on Palawan Productions and is played at Cafe Nero franchises worldwide. Alongside Steve Chrisanthou and Michael Graves, Nyah launched her first album in 2019. 

Nyah co-wrote “My Sista Told Me” for Grammy Award Winner Corinne Bailey Rae, and performed the ballad with the British songstress. 

The talent has received recognition from mediums including BBC Radio Manchester, Jazz FM, DJ Target, Jamz Supernova, Trevor Nelson and Jo Whiley.
