Just in time for her birthday, DJ Mustard protege, Ella Mai released her latest single, Naked. Naked is a stripped back, guitar-led melodic ear worm on looking for non-judgemental, warts and all love. Ella wants “someone who never asks for love, but knows how to take it”, someone who “sees a wall and breaks it”. She asks if they’re, “Are you ready to fight just to see what’s lost behind my flaws?”
It’s a beautifully written cut that’ll have you singing along in record time.
