The new Rnb music playlist of the best of emerging talent
Another month, another playlist of bomb musical releases. It seems that while summer is officially behind us, the music scene is only heating up. September (and strictly speaking, late August) brought some of 2017’s best albums, from Moses Sumney’s Aromanticism pushing the boundaries of alternative Soul music to Daniel Caesar’s Freudian leaning into the legacy of old Soul and gospel music. Jhene Aiko and Jordan Rakei also gave us some of the year’s best contemporary soulful offerings with varied influences. We had too much good music to chose from.
We’ve started the playlist with producer, ROMderful’s Summer Time Ting, ushering out the last of the summer tunes with an upbeat number from Nao. Then we slow it down with the autumnal tunes.
Get into the playlist of the best new tunes from the up and comers delivering the best soul-inspired. Hit that play button and listen on whatever streaming platform you prefer.
