Every year, BET showcases up and coming talent on the Music Matters stage, giving them a platform to a nationally-televised audience. This year, the Music Matters stage, featured some of Soul music’s finest up and comers – Bibi Bourelly, multi-talented rapper/ singer / instrumentalist Anderson .Paak and Beyonce’s protege’s, Chloe & Halle.
